Mr. Aznibla, a Moroccan national, was performing routine duties in Bahrain at the time of the incident, as reported by the Abu Dhabi Media Office on Thursday evening.
During his visit to the mourning majlis at Al Wathba in Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Theyab shared his heartfelt condolences with Mr. Aznibla's family. He emphasized the need for “the martyr to be enveloped in boundless mercy” while also wishing strength, patience, and solace for his grieving family and loved ones. The attack that claimed Mr. Aznibla's life, as announced by the ministry on Tuesday, also resulted in injuries to five personnel from the Ministry of Defence, highlighting the severe implications of this tragic event.
