Shocking Case of Sexual Assault in Fes: A Disturbing Encounter Unfolds

Disturbing Allegations Arise in Fes

In a harrowing incident that has sent shockwaves through the local community, law enforcement in Fes has arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a minor. The suspect, identified as Abdul Rafiq A., known by the alias "Boudraâ," is facing serious charges of sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 18 through violence, according to reports from the judicial authorities.

The case came to light when the victim's mother filed a complaint with the police on February 25, 2026, revealing that her daughter had been assaulted by the accused, whom she initially met through social media in September 2025. Following a series of meetings that began innocently, the relationship took a dark turn when the suspect allegedly coerced the girl into sexual acts in an isolated area near the cemetery.

According to the victim's statement, the encounters occurred weekly, with Boudraâ reportedly threatening her with violence to ensure her compliance. The victim recounted instances where she was taken to the same secluded location repeatedly, where she was subjected to further sexual assault. Disturbingly, the situation escalated to physical abuse, including instances where the suspect slapped her face during arguments, leading to significant psychological distress.

In response to the allegations, the judicial authorities ordered a medical examination, which revealed alarming findings indicating that the victim was no longer a virgin, alongside signs of recent sexual activity. This evidence provided a crucial foundation for the investigation and subsequent arrest of the suspect, who has a criminal past related to theft and property damage.

After being apprehended in the Al-Amal neighborhood, the suspect was informed of his legal rights and placed under police custody for further investigation. During the interrogation, he admitted to engaging in sexual acts with the minor but claimed that it was consensual, denying any threats involving weapons. These statements will be critical as the case moves forward to the criminal court, where a trial is scheduled to begin on March 12.

This incident raises significant concerns about the safety of minors and the dangers posed by online interactions. As the investigation continues, the community watches closely, hoping for justice for the young victim.
