Underground and Surface Sampling Highlights at Ouneine

A total of 77 underground channel samples were collected across 15 sampling sections along the accessible parts of Gallery A at Ouneine. The sampled lengths for these sections ranged from 1.6 to 3.0 meters, with composite grades calculated using length-weighted analysis values. Copper grades varied significantly, ranging from 0.17% to 5.74% Cu, with eight sections demonstrating an average grade exceeding 1.0% Cu, and three sections showing an average above 2.0% Cu. The detailed results of these fifteen sections highlight the extensive copper mineralization distributed across a significant portion of the accessible underground galleries, with several broader mineralized sections containing narrower, higher-grade intervals currently under evaluation as part of the structural interpretation and drilling targeting undertaken by the Corporation.

Ongoing Exploration at Tanfit and Ijoukak

In addition to the activities at Ouneine, the Corporation has continued its district-scale exploration program by conducting initial sampling at the Tanfit and Ijoukak permits, targeting historical underground galleries and associated stockpiles. In Tanfit, selective rock samples were collected from both accessible underground galleries and historical stockpiles, with notable results from Gallery 17 where six point samples yielded five with grades exceeding 2.0% Cu. Historical sampling from stockpiles also indicated promising results, with eight out of ten exploration samples showing grades above 1.0% Cu. Furthermore, at Ijoukak, targeted rock sampling from accessible historical underground galleries and surface mineralization confirmed the presence of high-grade copper, with grades from 11 samples in the 1670 level all surpassing 1.0% Cu and reaching as high as 27.68% Cu.

Overall, the exploration efforts across both sites have yielded significant data that will enhance the geological and structural mapping, allowing for better definition and prioritization of drilling targets moving forward. The systematic trench sampling results from Ouneine, along with those from Tanfit and Ijoukak, will be integrated into a comprehensive geological framework aimed at refining the geometrical understanding and potential continuity of the identified high-grade mineralized zones. The Corporation is committed to advancing these well-defined targets towards an initial drilling campaign, contingent upon final technical validation, permitting acquisition, safe access, and contractor availability.
