Sofyan Amrabat Remains in Limbo While Training in Marrakech

Currently, Amrabat is back in Morocco, training alongside his brother Nordin. Recently, the Amrabat brothers shared a photo on social media showcasing Sofyan's impressive physique, which is a testament to his commitment to maintaining fitness during this uncertain period. Nordin, who plays for Wydad Casablanca in the Moroccan league, also posted a video on Instagram showing Sofyan engaged in a rigorous running session at the Argan Golf Resort in Marrakech, a significant distance away from Istanbul.
Fenerbahçe's recent victory over Austria's Sturm Graz with a score of 2-0 in the first leg of the third round of Champions League qualifying sets the stage for a crucial return match in Graz. Securing qualification would lead the Turkish club to the final playoff round for entry into the group stage of the prestigious tournament, with matches scheduled for August 18-19 and August 25-26. The draw for the group stage will take place on August 27, where both Fenerbahçe and Real Betis will find out their respective rivals for the competition.
While Real Betis is currently focused on player departures, including Losada and Petit, as well as securing a forward to compete with Cucho Hernández, the club has not entirely dismissed the possibility of Amrabat's return.
