SOGEA Maroc, a subsidiary of SOGEA SATOM and part of the VINCI group, is actively recruiting for five key technical positions based in Ain Attig, strategically located between Skhirate-Témara and Rabat. This recruitment drive is aimed at attracting experienced engineers and managers skilled in technical studies, metal structures, fluids, electricity (both low and high current), and plumbing. These roles are essential to bolster the teams within the engineering office, focusing on various construction and infrastructure projects. Since its inception in 1922, SOGEA Maroc has established itself as a prominent player in Morocco's construction sector, engaging in hydraulic works, civil engineering, and building projects that demand high technical expertise.

Key Positions Available

As part of its growth strategy, SOGEA Maroc is looking for several profiles that can ensure the quality of studies, technical coordination, and compliance of proposed solutions. The positions include:

  • Technical Study Manager: Responsible for overseeing all technical studies related to key trades, ensuring compliance with project standards and regulations, and managing the coherence between various disciplines. A minimum of ten years in technical coordination is required.
  • Steel Structure Supervisor: This role involves supervising the design and study of metal structures, ensuring the stability and safety of projects. Candidates should possess significant experience in the field, ideally over eight years.
  • Fluid Studies Engineer: Focused on HVAC installations, this engineer will conduct technical studies and ensure energy compliance. Applicants should have between five to seven years of relevant experience.
  • Electrical Engineer (High and Low Current): This engineer will perform technical studies and calculations for electrical networks, integrating various safety and communication systems. A minimum of five years in the field is required.
  • Plumbing Studies Engineer: Responsible for designing plumbing networks and ensuring compliance with applicable standards, candidates need at least five years of experience in plumbing and sanitation design.

These roles are offered as permanent contracts based in Ain Attig in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region, tailored to meet the demands of ongoing projects and the needs of SOGEA Maroc’s teams.
