Pedro Sánchez Addresses the Migrant Situation in Ceuta
Pedro Sánchez, the President of the Spanish government, recently addressed the Congress of Deputies, shedding light on the management of events in Ceuta amidst an unprecedented influx of migrants from Morocco. During a parliamentary session on September 3, he reiterated the need for Spain to demand explanations and changes from Moroccan authorities to prevent a recurrence of the migrant influx into Ceuta. While acknowledging the gravity of the situation, he also pointed out that there was no solid evidence to suggest that Morocco had orchestrated the events leading to the crisis.
