Zambia's Support for Morocco's Development Journey
In a recent statement to the press following a significant meeting, Zambia's special envoy, Mbula, praised the exceptional bilateral relations that exist between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Zambia. He highlighted the cordial and mutually beneficial ties that bind the two nations, which are rooted in shared values of peace and solidarity. During his remarks, Mbula emphasized Morocco's stability, prosperity, and the remarkable socioeconomic transformations it has experienced under the visionary leadership of His Majesty the King. "Zambia highly appreciates Morocco's impressive development trajectory, particularly within the framework of the New Development Model and the Industrial Acceleration Plan, which have positioned the Kingdom as a continental leader in the automotive and aerospace sectors," Mbula stated.
Furthermore, the special envoy reiterated Zambia's unwavering commitment to enhancing bilateral cooperation in areas of mutual interest, particularly in digital transformation, youth empowerment, and innovation. When addressing the issue of the Moroccan Sahara, Mbula underscored Zambia's unequivocal support for Morocco's territorial integrity and sovereignty over its entire territory, including the Moroccan Sahara. On the subject of sports development, he commended Morocco's achievements in this field, particularly noting the world-class infrastructure that the Kingdom possesses, which further enhances its profile on the international stage.
