In a recent meeting with Redouane Houssaini, the Moroccan ambassador to Indonesia and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Ahmad Muzani, the President of the Indonesian People's Consultative Assembly, emphasized the significance of transforming the friendly relations between the two nations into concrete and mutually beneficial partnerships. Moreover, both parties emphasized the importance of cultural and academic cooperation, particularly through the hosting of Indonesian students in Moroccan institutions. They view the strengthening of these exchanges as an investment in human capital and a sustainable means of fostering closer ties between the two peoples. Lastly, parliamentary cooperation was identified as a crucial area for enhancement, particularly through the reactivation of the Morocco-Indonesia parliamentary friendship group and the intensification of exchanges between the institutions of both countries.
