This revitalization stems from an initiative launched by Moroccan King Mohammed VI and French President Emmanuel Macron during Macron's visit to Morocco in October 2024, which culminated in the signing of the "Declaration of the Exceptional Partnership" between the two countries.
Since President Macron's visit, there has been a series of reciprocal visits by officials from both nations, resulting in the signing of various cooperation agreements across diverse sectors.
