Reports indicate that one of the men was allegedly at the helm of a network that supplied narcotics to Sweden and other Nordic countries, while the other was involved in organizing large shipments of cannabis to Sweden. Following Sweden's endorsement of Morocco’s Autonomy Plan for Western Sahara in January, relations have reportedly improved significantly.
