Tanger Union Restructures Coaching Staff
The Tanger Union football club has officially announced the conclusion of Jose Mill Perez's role as the head coach of the team. In a surprising turn of events, the club has decided to retain Mill in a new position as the General Sports Supervisor for the organization. This strategic move is part of the club's ongoing efforts to restructure its technical management for the upcoming season.
In a statement released by the club, often referred to as "Faris al-Boughaz," it was emphasized that this decision aligns with the club's objective to enhance its technical administration. The club expressed its appreciation for the expertise and existing relationship with Jose Mill, highlighting that his new role will involve overseeing and providing general technical guidance. This shift is intended to ensure stability within the team while continuing to work towards the club's sporting vision.
However, the club has yet to reveal who will succeed Mill as the head coach. Currently, after 15 games into the season, Tanger Union finds itself in a precarious position, sitting at 12th place with a mere 13 points, having secured only two wins, seven draws, and suffered six losses. The upcoming weeks will be crucial for the club as it navigates this transitional phase.
