UAE's National Pavilion at Marrakech Airshow 2026
The National Pavilion of the United Arab Emirates is set to showcase the country's advanced manufacturing and technological capabilities during the Marrakech Airshow 2026, scheduled to take place from October 7 to 10 at the Royal Moroccan Air Force Base in Marrakech, under the patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI. This pavilion is made possible through the support of the Ministry of Defense and the Defense Empowerment Council, and is organized by ADNEC Group, a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company.
This initiative is part of the UAE's national pavilion program at international defense and specialized exhibitions, which is overseen by the Defense Empowerment Council in coordination with the Ministry of Defense. The primary aim is to support national defense and aerospace industries in accessing global markets and establishing partnerships with international entities and organizations. ADNEC Group is responsible for organizing and managing the pavilion at the exhibition, leveraging its extensive experience in coordinating national participation in specialized international exhibitions. The pavilion will feature prominent companies, including EDGE Group, Generation 5 Holding, Multi Level Group, Resource Industries, and publications like "Soldier Magazine" and "Nation Shield." This unified national platform will facilitate communication between participating entities and companies with international buyers, industry leaders, government representatives, and military delegations.
Strategic Goals and Opportunities at the Exhibition
The exhibition will also see a significant presence from the Defense Empowerment Council as part of its strategy to enhance the defense sector in the UAE, expand international partnerships, and promote industrial collaboration. The companies represented in the pavilion will demonstrate their capabilities in areas such as defense systems, aviation, unmanned platforms, and advanced technologies, underscoring the UAE's growing presence in the global defense industrial base.
Additionally, the pavilion will actively promote upcoming events such as the 2027 International Defense Exhibition (IDEX), the International Defense Conference, and the Naval Defense and Security Exhibition (NAVDEX). The Marrakech Airshow, held biennially, has evolved since its inception in 2008 to become Morocco's premier event for the aviation and aerospace sector, attracting over 250 high-level civil and military delegations from around the world.
