Virgin Limited Edition, the esteemed hospitality arm of Richard Branson, has announced its second venture in Morocco, introducing a luxurious hotel that will feature 37 exquisite suites. This new establishment is set to be located on a sprawling ten-hectare agricultural estate, conveniently situated just twenty minutes from the vibrant heart of Marrakech. The anticipated opening of this opulent hotel is scheduled for 2027, promising to offer visitors a unique blend of luxury and local culture.
The hotel will be developed in collaboration with the Moroccan real estate developer Sazanes Immobilier, drawing inspiration from the rich craftsmanship and traditions of the Berber culture. Emphasizing sustainability and local engagement, the project aims to utilize natural materials and showcase artworks from Moroccan and African artists, thereby creating a space that truly resonates with its environment.
