The forecast indicates a significant rise in daytime temperatures across numerous locations, with expected highs reaching 43 degrees Celsius in Ouerzazate, 39 degrees in both Marrakech and Fes, as well as Taounate, and 38 degrees in Beni Mellal.
Overcast Skies and Moderate Winds Expected
Low-lying dense clouds are predicted to form over the northern and central coasts, the Mediterranean front, and the northwestern regions of the desert provinces. These clouds may be accompanied by foggy conditions or local mist. Additionally, weakly unstable clouds are expected to develop over the High and Middle Atlas regions, possibly resulting in light rain showers and the potential for local thunderstorms. Moderate to somewhat strong gusts of wind are also anticipated along the central coast and in southern Morocco. As for the seas, conditions are expected to be calm in the Mediterranean, relatively calm to slightly choppy in the Strait of Gibraltar, and choppy to rough between Cape Spartel and Laayoune, while the southern waters are expected to be rough.
