Starting in late October 2026, Wizz Air will enhance travel options from Bratislava by introducing three new direct flight routes to previously less accessible destinations. The budget airline is set to launch services to Agadir in Morocco, Hurghada in Egypt, and Baku in Azerbaijan. Štefánik Airport, Wizz Air currently offers flights to 35 destinations across 15 countries from Slovakia, and this expansion will further bolster its offerings, especially towards Northern Africa and the Caspian Sea region. The inaugural flight to Baku is scheduled for October 25, 2026, followed by Hurghada on October 26, and Agadir on October 27. Each destination will have specific departure days: flights to Agadir will be available year-round on Tuesdays and Saturdays, while Hurghada will see flights on Mondays and Fridays. The schedule for Baku will vary seasonally, with departures on Wednesdays and Saturdays in the winter and Tuesdays and Saturdays during the summer.
