ISO Certification Manager - Agadir

The ISO Certification Manager will report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager and will be responsible for leading certification projects, ensuring their successful deployment, and maintaining the effectiveness of established systems. This role involves regular coordination with various departments within the company, certification bodies, and consulting firms.

The key responsibilities of the ISO Certification Manager include leading ISO certification projects according to priorities established by management, organizing all certification operations from preparation to post-audit follow-up, and serving as the primary contact for certification bodies. The manager will also coordinate support missions assigned to external consulting firms, design, plan, and conduct internal audits related to different ISO certifications, and prepare teams for certification, follow-up, and renewal audits. Additionally, the manager will identify discrepancies found during audits, ensure their resolution, monitor the implementation, progress, and effectiveness of CAPA action plans, and oversee the compliance with deadlines and responsibilities associated with corrective and preventive actions.

Moreover, the manager is expected to produce regular reports on project progress, identified risks, and ongoing actions, plan and facilitate process reviews, prepare and coordinate management reviews related to the quality management system, and ensure the mastery, compliance, and updating of the document system. The role also includes maintaining accessibility and traceability of procedures, instructions, and records, keeping abreast of regulatory and normative requirements applicable to the company’s activities, and guiding various teams in understanding ISO requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in engineering, a master’s in quality management, or an equivalent qualification, along with at least three years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare sectors, or medical devices is a significant advantage. The candidate should also have a solid understanding of ISO certification processes, internal auditing, CAPA action plan management, project management, and risk analysis. Strong organizational, writing, and relational skills, along with the ability to engage teams around quality and compliance objectives, are essential.

Sales Team Leader - Casablanca and Southern Regions

The Sales Team Leader position involves overseeing, supporting, and enhancing the performance of a team of medical delegates or representatives in the Casablanca-South area. This role requires a strong field presence, a thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical sector, and the ability to drive commercial performance.

Key responsibilities include mentoring and motivating the team of medical delegates, defining commercial priorities, and guiding the team to achieve its targets. The Sales Team Leader will monitor individual and collective performance through key performance indicators, analyze sales results, identify discrepancies and development opportunities, and prepare reports for the Commercial Management Team. Regular field visits with team members will be necessary to assess commercial practices, implement corrective measures as required, and coordinate actions with the Marketing department. The leader will also play a vital role in recruiting and integrating new team members while fostering team cohesion and a results-oriented culture.

To qualify for this role, candidates should hold a relevant higher education degree and have at least five years of experience in medical visits, along with a proven track record in managing or leading a sales team. A strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector, prescription circuits, and medical visit practices is critical, as well as the ability to analyze sales data and track performance indicators. Strong leadership, organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a results-driven mindset are essential for success in this position.
