Empowerment and Resilience: Natacha and Rozenn's Trek in Morocco for Breast Cancer Awareness

Natacha and Rozenn's Journey in Morocco

Natacha Perrament and her friend Rozenn Le Goff recently embarked on an extraordinary journey to Morocco, where they are participating in the highly anticipated Trek Rose, a women-only trekking event running from October 22 to 27, 2026. This trek is not just a physical challenge; it symbolizes their resilience and determination in the fight against breast cancer. The event aims to raise awareness and funds for the Ruban Rose association, which is dedicated to supporting women affected by this prevalent disease.

A Personal Battle Against Cancer

In May 2022, Natacha was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer at the young age of 34. Her journey began with a shocking discovery while taking a shower, when she noticed a lump that ultimately led to her diagnosis. Determined to overcome this battle, she underwent various treatments, including chemotherapy, which propelled her towards reclaiming her strength and passion for physical activity. With Rozenn by her side, Natacha has found renewed motivation to push her limits and embrace new challenges. Together, they have meticulously prepared for this trek, which not only tests their physical endurance but also serves as a poignant reminder of their journey and the support they have received from their community. Through their collective efforts, they have successfully raised nearly 6,000 euros to support breast cancer awareness initiatives, showcasing the power of solidarity and community engagement in the face of adversity.
