Role and Responsibilities of Customer Service Representatives
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for welcoming clients at the agency and guiding them through their rental experience, from reservation to vehicle return. Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Providing a warm welcome and assistance to customers upon their arrival.
- Offering the best possible service tailored to the customer's needs and the availability of vehicles.
- Proposing additional services based on customer requirements.
