New Flight Routes from Bratislava to Morocco and Beyond for Winter 2026/27

Expanded Flight Options from Bratislava to Agadir, Morocco

As part of the Winter Flight Schedule for 2026/27, Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, will see the introduction of six new airline routes, significantly enhancing connectivity to various destinations, including Morocco. Notably, Ryanair will launch new flights from Bratislava to Agadir, a beautiful coastal city in Morocco known for its stunning beaches and vibrant culture. Additionally, Wizz Air will contribute to this expansion by offering four new routes that include flights to Agadir, Baku in Azerbaijan, Hurghada in Egypt, and Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This marks a significant milestone as the new route to Baku will be the first direct flight connection between Slovakia and Azerbaijan, while Sarajevo will also be accessible via direct flights for the first time.

Comprehensive Winter Flight Network from Bratislava

Overall, the upcoming winter season will feature a total of 53 airline routes connecting Bratislava with 41 cities across Europe, Asia, and Africa. Among these, twelve cities will be serviced by both Ryanair and Wizz Air, including Agadir, Alicante, Athens, Barcelona, Hurghada, Lamezia Terme, Naples, Palermo, Málaga, Tirana, London, Rome, and Warsaw. It's worth noting that for London, Rome, and Warsaw, the two airlines will operate from different airports, with Wizz Air flying to London Luton, Rome Fiumicino, and Warsaw Chopin, while Ryanair will serve London Stansted, Rome Ciampino, and Warsaw Modlin. This comprehensive network signifies a robust increase in air travel options, with direct flights to 26 international destinations, which include countries such as Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and of course, Morocco.

In addition to the international routes, domestic connectivity will be maintained through the Bratislava-Košice route, bringing the total number of countries connected to Bratislava via scheduled flights to 27. Four airlines will provide services from Bratislava this winter: Wizz Air, Ryanair, Pegasus Airlines, and Air Cairo. Among them, Wizz Air will operate the most routes, totaling 27, while Ryanair will offer 24 routes. Pegasus Airlines will facilitate the Bratislava-Istanbul route, and Air Cairo will provide flights to Hurghada.

With the introduction of these new routes, including the significant inclusion of African destinations in the charter program, the winter season is set to be a landmark period for air travel from Bratislava. The charter program will also see new flights to Kenya, with services to Mombasa starting in February 2027, alongside returning connections to Dakar in Senegal and various Egyptian destinations along the Red Sea. The charter program for the Middle East will include direct flights to Salalah in Oman, enhancing travel options for passengers.

Furthermore, TUI Airways will commence operations at Bratislava Airport, offering charter flights to La Romana in the Dominican Republic and Phu Quoc in Vietnam starting mid-December, with their Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner accommodating 305 passengers, including a Business Class option. This broadening of air travel choices highlights the commitment to improving connectivity and providing travelers with diverse options across regions.
