Moroccan Football Clubs Face Warning Over Non-Compliance with Social Reporting
The Professional Football League of Morocco has raised concerns regarding the lack of compliance among various national clubs related to the submission of mandated social reports. In a recent announcement, the league underscored that several teams have yet to fulfill their reporting obligations, with Morocco Tetouan and Amal Tiznit being notable exceptions in the first division.
The league's statement highlighted that, despite previous reminders, the following clubs in the first division have not submitted the required reports: Morocco Tetouan and Amal Tiznit. In the second division, the clubs facing similar issues include Khénifra, Ben Guerir, Khemisset, the club from Kenitra, Olympique Safi, Chabab Mohammedia, Stade Marocain, Abi J’ad, and Ittihad Islamic Widadi.
Furthermore, the league emphasized the importance of these social reports, which must encompass all categories of club personnel. This includes professional players, technical and medical staff, as well as administrative frameworks. Clubs are required to attach supporting evidence and banking documents related to the financing and payment of dues alongside these reports.
In light of these developments, the Professional Football League has urged all concerned teams and entities to comply immediately with the monthly submission requirements. They have called for a prompt resolution of their legal and financial standings, insisting that all necessary documents and justifications must be submitted without any further delay.
The league concluded by reiterating that continued non-compliance with these obligations will subject the involved clubs to strict enforcement of regulatory measures and sanctions currently in place. It is imperative for all clubs to adhere to these regulations to maintain the integrity and professionalism of Moroccan football.
