Capgemini Engineering is a prominent player in the fields of engineering services, research and development, digital manufacturing, and industrial transformation, leveraging the extensive expertise of the Capgemini Group. With a presence in over 30 countries, the company serves a diverse range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, rail, energy, telecommunications, life sciences, software, and consumer goods. In a strategic move to bolster its operations in Casablanca, Capgemini Engineering is opening up 30 positions for Senior Supply Chain Engineers, aimed at seasoned professionals who can drive the optimization, structuring, and transformation of logistics flows.

The newly hired engineers will engage in projects that encompass planning, procurement, inventory management, sourcing, logistics, and distribution. These roles are offered on a permanent contract (CDI) basis and feature a hybrid work organization, allowing for a flexible work environment that combines both remote and on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities and Candidate Requirements

The Senior Supply Chain Engineers will be entrusted with several critical responsibilities aimed at enhancing the supply chain efficiency. They will analyze existing supply chain performance and identify key areas for improvement, evaluate the effectiveness of logistics flows, procurement processes, and inventory levels, and design improved supply chain processes that align with cost, quality, and deadline objectives. Additionally, they will develop procurement strategies tailored to operational needs and project constraints, implement effective inventory management methods, and oversee logistics optimization projects from sourcing through to delivery.

Successful candidates must hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5 or higher) from an engineering school, university, or equivalent institution, with a focus on procurement, supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related discipline. They should have a proven track record of three to ten years in similar roles, alongside a solid understanding of supply chain principles, including planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. The ability to analyze complex processes and identify measurable improvement levers is essential, as is the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a structured environment.

Moreover, proficiency in specialized software for supply chain management, such as ERP, WMS, and TMS, is necessary, along with comfort in data analysis, reporting tools, and performance indicator tracking. Candidates must possess strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Excellent analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving capabilities are critical, as is a proactive approach to work. Fluency in both French and English, both written and spoken, is required, and candidates must be available to work in Casablanca under a hybrid organizational mode.
