In a significant step towards enhancing regional infrastructure and socio-economic growth, the Casablanca-Settat Regional Council convened for its ordinary July session and approved several agreements and development projects, amounting to an impressive total investment of approximately 4.3 billion dirhams. These initiatives encompass a wide range of areas including infrastructure, economic development, healthcare, water resource management, and social policies.
The session, presided over by the Council's President, Abdellatif Maâzouz, and attended by key regional figures such as the wali of the region, Mohamed Mhidia, successfully addressed all items on the agenda. Among the foremost projects approved, the focus lies primarily on economic development and investment promotion.

This program will facilitate their professional integration, support female entrepreneurship, and bolster their economic independence. Furthermore, the Council gave the green light for the reconstruction and equipping of the Ar-Razi psychiatric hospital located in the Mediouna province, with the objective of improving mental healthcare services in the region.
