Overview of the Impériales Week 2026
Casablanca is set to host a significant event in the advertising calendar, the Impériales Week 2026, commencing on March 30. This week-long celebration will kick off with the screening of the Showreel at the Megarama, showcasing a collection of campaigns vying for the prestigious Stars Award. Recognized as a benchmark in the Moroccan advertising landscape, this award honors the finest creative works and advertising initiatives from the past year.
The Showreel serves as a vital reflection of the advertising year, offering industry professionals a comprehensive overview of the creative, strategic, and narrative trends that defined 2025. Rather than a mere presentation, this event acts as a synthesizing moment for the industry, highlighting the communication strategies that captured the attention of jurors and market participants alike.
Record Participation in 2026
This year’s edition is already notable for its unprecedented participation, with a total of 385 submissions recorded, representing 224 campaigns and 107 brands. These entries come from 49 participants, including 41 agencies and 8 advertisers, illustrating the dynamic nature of the market and the diverse range of creative approaches on display this year.
All submissions will be evaluated by a jury comprising experts from the fields of communication, media, marketing, and creative industries. For this ninth edition, the jury will be chaired by Laurent Allias, founder of The Nonconformist Network and president of the Josiane agency.
A highlight of the Showreel will be the Professional Vote, where agencies, advertisers, and experts can express their opinions on the projected campaigns. Utilizing a dedicated digital platform, the voting process is designed to be straightforward, fluid, and secure, aiming to enhance transparency and collective involvement in the selection of campaigns competing for the Stars Award. The results of this voting will be unveiled during the Gala Les Étoiles, which will serve as the grand finale of the event.
