Roles and Responsibilities of Operations Agents
The Operations Agent role entails a variety of responsibilities designed to ensure seamless service delivery. Key duties include preparing vehicles for customer use, maintaining the cleanliness and overall condition of the fleet, managing the charging of electric vehicles, and handling deliveries and pickups from clients. Additionally, the role involves conducting vehicle inspections at the start and end of rentals, preparing rental agreements, and overseeing the administrative follow-up related to rental operations. An essential part of the job is welcoming clients and guiding them throughout their rental experience.
Applicants should be dynamic, organized, and capable of performing tasks across operational, logistical, administrative, and customer service areas. A valid driving license (Category B) is required, along with fluency in both French and Arabic. Prior experience in car rental, tourism, hospitality, transportation, or logistics will be considered an asset.
