The luxurious Conrad Rabat Arzana, inaugurated in 2022, is strategically located in Harhoura, just a few kilometers from Rabat, overlooking the stunning Atlantic Ocean. As the first Conrad property in Morocco and the inaugural Hilton hotel in the country, this establishment boasts modern rooms and suites, many of which feature infinity pools and private gardens. In a bid to enhance its technical team, Conrad Rabat Arzana is launching a recruitment drive aimed at filling six key roles focused on maintenance and upkeep.

Available Positions at Conrad Rabat Arzana

The hotel is actively seeking experienced professionals to fill the following positions:

  • Plumber: Candidates must possess significant experience in plumbing, preferably within a luxury hotel setting. They should demonstrate the ability to integrate seamlessly into the technical team.
  • Electrician: This role requires an individual with considerable experience in electrical systems, particularly in a hotel environment. Previous work in luxury hospitality is highly regarded.
  • Kitchen and Laundry Equipment Maintenance Technician: The hotel is looking for a technician specialized in maintaining kitchen and laundry equipment. Candidates should have relevant experience in this area, with a background in luxury hotels seen as advantageous.
  • Pool Maintenance Technician: This position calls for an experienced professional in pool maintenance and upkeep, with a strong understanding of the industry's requirements.
  • Technical Coordinator: The hotel also seeks a Technical Coordinator who can manage technical responsibilities effectively, ideally with previous experience in luxury hospitality.
  • Gardening Supervisor: This role involves overseeing gardening activities at the hotel. Candidates should have supervisory experience in this area, with a preference for those with a background in luxury hotel environments.
