Join the EFE-Maroc Team as a Coach or Consultant

EFE-Maroc is actively recruiting coaches and consultants for their Trainer of Trainers (TOT) program, focusing on the regions of Casablanca-Settat, Fès-Meknès, and Souss-Massa. The selected candidates will become part of a network of certified trainers dedicated to implementing the "Finding a Job is a Job" (FJIJ) initiative, which aims to assist young individuals in securing employment through skill-development programs that align with current job market demands.

This recruitment effort is part of the SHIFT project, a collaborative venture with the Mastercard Foundation, designed to enhance EFE-Maroc's network of certified trainers. The FJIJ program is specifically tailored to develop job-seeking skills and prepare young people for the challenges of entering the workforce. Chosen coaches and consultants will participate in a comprehensive TOT training, equipping them to effectively deliver this program to beneficiaries.

Qualifications and Application Process

EFE-Maroc is looking for professionals with a strong background in training, coaching, and career guidance. Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a degree at least equivalent to Bac+5 or higher.
  • Possess over 10 years of professional experience.
  • Have confirmed expertise in training and/or coaching.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in sectors such as IT, customer relations, offshoring, or business services.
  • Be capable of assisting young individuals through various stages of their job search and integration into the workforce.

The TOT training is intended to ensure that EFE-Maroc has a cadre of certified professionals prepared to implement the FJIJ program in the identified regions.
