ENI Group is Hiring: 8 HVAC Technicians in Technopolis, Rabat

ENI Group, a leader in human resource management in Morocco for over 35 years, is currently looking to fill **eight HVAC Technician positions** at its Technopolis facility in Rabat. These roles are offered on a temporary contract basis and are aimed at experienced professionals skilled in refrigeration, air conditioning, and HVAC maintenance.

The successful candidates will be responsible for a wide array of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of various HVAC systems. Key duties will include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and refrigeration equipment, ensuring optimal function and efficiency.

Specifically, the HVAC Technicians will undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
  • Carry out corrective maintenance as needed.
  • Work on air treatment units (CTA).
  • Manage interventions on split systems.
  • Perform maintenance on VRV/VRF installations.
  • Oversee the upkeep of chilled water groups.
  • Address issues with fan coil units.
  • Execute necessary operations on exhaust systems.
  • Maintain cold rooms.
  • Handle control systems.
  • Diagnose faults and identify their origins.
  • Perform necessary repairs to restore equipment functionality.
  • Document and track interventions in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Candidates must meet specific qualifications to be considered for these roles. Applicants should possess a relevant technical diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Environmental Engineering, or an equivalent field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in HVAC maintenance. Additional requirements include a refrigerant handling certificate and an electrical qualification (B1V / BR). The ability to work independently and demonstrate meticulousness in maintenance operations is essential.
