Key responsibilities include managing employee administrative affairs, tracking personnel files, participating in recruitment processes, sourcing and pre-selecting candidates, organizing and monitoring recruitment interviews, facilitating the onboarding of new hires, and managing employee absences, leaves, and movements. Additionally, the HR Manager will assist with payroll and social security declarations, prepare HR reporting and dashboards, and contribute to the implementation of HR procedures. The ideal candidate should hold a Bac+3 degree in Human Resources, Management, Administration, or a related field, with prior experience or internships in HR considered a plus. Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel, organizational skills, discretion, effective communication abilities, and a dynamic, motivated attitude are essential.

The HR Intern position is focused on Social Actions and Health-Safety, where the intern will support the administrative activities related to this area. Responsibilities include monitoring social action files, managing social benefits and requests from employees, organizing HR files, ensuring administrative follow-up on social actions, and contributing to health and safety topics. Candidates should be pursuing or have completed a Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field, possess strong office software skills, demonstrate organizational rigor, maintain confidentiality, and exhibit good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

The Head of Training Department will oversee training activities and contribute to the development of employee skills. This role involves developing and implementing the training plan, analyzing training needs across departments, designing and organizing internal and external training initiatives, monitoring training programs, and maintaining relationships with training organizations. Candidates should possess a Bac+5 degree in Human Resource Management, Training Engineering, or equivalent, with at least four years of experience in training management or HR development. Strong project management and organization skills, along with leadership abilities, analytical thinking, and effective listening skills, are vital for this role.

Finally, the Head of Partner Relations Department will manage and enhance relationships with partners. Responsibilities include overseeing partner relations, ensuring administrative and contractual compliance, monitoring performance indicators, addressing partner inquiries, and coordinating actions with various internal departments.
