Applicants must hold the required diplomas for the specified positions as follows:

  • State Engineer (first grade): A degree in Engineering from recognized national universities or institutions, or an equivalent qualification as determined by current regulatory provisions.
  • Administrative Officer (second grade): A diploma in Advanced Studies or a Master’s degree from accredited universities, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Administrative Officer (third grade): A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from recognized institutions.
  • Technician (third grade): A specialized technician diploma from recognized vocational training institutions or an equivalent qualification.

Legal provisions regarding the retention of financial positions for candidates who are former resistance fighters, dependents of the nation, veterans, and disabled individuals apply, contingent upon the fulfillment of necessary conditions.

Interested candidates must submit a written application addressed to the head of the relevant institution, including their name, address, phone number, email address, and a handwritten signature along with their curriculum vitae (CV) that includes a photograph. Other required documents include:

  • A copy of the National Electronic Identity Card.
  • A copy of the required diploma according to the specified specializations (success certificates are not accepted).
  • A copy of the equivalence decision published in the official gazette, along with any necessary supporting documents for diplomas issued by foreign universities.
  • A copy of the high school diploma (or technical diploma) for the Technician position.
  • Permission to sit for the examination for employed candidates.
  • Government approval for candidates exceeding the age limit.
  • A document proving disability for candidates concerned.
  • Documentation proving the candidate's status as a former resistance fighter, dependent of the nation, veteran, or former combatant.

It is crucial for candidates to apply through the designated electronic platform prior to the deadline of June 22, 2026. Additionally, candidates eligible for reserved positions must send their files to the relevant authorities.
