In alignment with its academic and administrative growth, UM6SS is seeking qualified candidates for the following roles:
Planning Coordinator – Agadir
- Manage and coordinate academic planning activities at the Agadir campus.
- Develop and oversee the university calendar.
- Collaborate with the dean's office to ensure effective scheduling of educational activities.
- Participate in the organization of academic events.
- Ensure consistency and optimization in course scheduling.
This position requires candidates who are organized and meticulous in managing academic planning activities. Ideal qualifications include:
- A minimum of a Bac+3 degree.
- Training in technical sciences, logistics, planning, or equivalent fields.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate effectively.
- Independence and diligence in task management.
The position is based at the UM6SS campus in Agadir.
Call Center Agent – Rabat
- Provide professional telephone reception and guidance to university stakeholders.
- Respond to incoming calls and provide information and direction to callers.
- Handle requests and ensure thorough follow-up.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
This role is suited for individuals with strong communication skills. Required qualifications include:
- A minimum Bac+2 degree.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
- Previous experience in a call center is preferred.
