Guidelines for Moroccan Fans in Boston during the World Cup

Essential Guidelines for Moroccan Supporters in Boston

As the Moroccan national football team prepares to face France in the quarter-finals of the World Cup, the Moroccan Ambassador to the United States, Youssef Amrani, has issued important guidelines for Moroccan fans arriving in Boston. The local authorities strongly recommend that supporters bring flags and banners that adhere to specified size limits, specifically not exceeding 2 meters by 1.5 meters, and to avoid bringing any flammable materials to the stadium. This is a crucial step to ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone attending the match.

In his message, Ambassador Amrani also advised fans to utilize the train services, which will operate until 2 AM, alongside the Express Bus service available on match day. He pointed out that the trains are scheduled to depart approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game, facilitating convenient transportation for fans eager to return after supporting their team.

Moreover, the ambassador emphasized the importance of arriving early at Gillette Stadium, which is located about an hour and a half from downtown Boston, to avoid traffic congestion before and after the match. He cautioned against illegal parking and urged fans to use designated parking lots to prevent any issues. Concluding his message, Amrani extended his best wishes to the Moroccan national team, expressing confidence in their abilities and encouraging fans to rally behind them, stating, "Good luck to our national team, and always Morocco!"
