Key Responsibilities and Candidate Profile
In the role of Beauty Advisor, the primary responsibilities will include greeting customers in-store, identifying their needs, advising them on the available products, promoting and selling these products while adhering to established objectives, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience through quality service. Additionally, the Beauty Advisors will be responsible for maintaining the proper presentation of products in-store, contributing to the enhancement of the product offering, and upholding the brand image through professional service and effective communication.
The ideal profile for this position includes having some experience in sales, cosmetics, para-pharmacy, or customer relations, along with excellent service and communication skills.
