INRA 2026 Oral Recruitment Exam Candidates List
The National Institute of Agronomic Research (INRA) has announced an important recruitment drive for 2026, inviting applications for thirty positions across various grades and specializations. This initiative reflects INRA's ongoing commitment to enhancing agricultural research and development in Morocco. The available positions are categorized as follows: five Research Officers in the first grade, fifteen State Engineers in the first grade, four Administrators in the second grade, one Administrator in the third grade, and five Technicians in the third grade.
As an institution founded in 1914, INRA has a rich history of fostering agricultural research aimed at supporting the growth and sustainability of the agricultural sector. Recently, the organization underwent a structural reorganization to modernize its management practices, thereby enhancing effectiveness in strategic planning. This reorganization enables INRA to respond more adeptly to societal needs concerning agricultural research, utilizing a localized approach that promotes regionalization and decentralization of activities. The institute's operations are supported by an integrated system for monitoring, evaluation, and control, optimizing resource management while also maximizing the impact of research outcomes aligned with institutional priorities.
INRA's activities are central to its mission, encompassing ten regional research centers and twenty-three experimental fields spread across the nation, which together address a wide variety of agro-ecosystems. Research projects are developed in collaboration with regional partners and executed by thirty research units within the regional centers, all under the supervision of ten scientific departments at the central level, each focusing on specific disciplinary areas.
To achieve its objectives and maintain its leadership in scientific research, INRA collaborates closely with national and international stakeholders, including development organizations, the private sector, and non-governmental organizations. This collaborative approach not only strengthens INRA’s research capabilities but also enhances its capacity to contribute effectively to sustainable agricultural development.
