IVStudio, a prominent Moroccan video game development studio located in Rabat, is actively seeking to expand its team with four key positions: a Producer/Game Producer, a Unity Developer, a Technical Artist, and a Communication & Marketing Manager. The roles offered are on-site, full-time, for a duration of 4 to 5 months, with the potential for transition into permanent contracts. Each role comes with specific responsibilities and requirements that cater to different expertise within the gaming development ecosystem.
Producer/Game Producer: The Producer will be responsible for constructing and monitoring the production schedule, facilitating team meetings, identifying potential risks and delays, and coordinating various teams including design, art, programming, and audio. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in production or project management, preferably within the gaming sector, and possess a solid understanding of Unity development processes.
Unity Developer: The role requires the development and maintenance of gameplay features using C# in Unity. Responsibilities include implementing game mechanics, debugging, and collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth development process. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience with Unity and C#, as well as a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
Technical Artist: This position acts as a bridge between the art and programming teams, focusing on integrating 3D models, optimizing assets, and enhancing the overall visual performance of the game. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Unity and its various rendering pipelines.
Communication & Marketing Manager: This role will oversee the marketing strategy for the game, manage social media channels, produce engaging content, and interact with the gaming community. Candidates should have a background in communication or digital marketing, ideally within the gaming or tech industry, and be proficient in both French and English.
