Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

The role of a Business Relationship Manager involves overseeing and expanding a portfolio of SME relationships while optimizing profitability and risk management. Candidates must possess a Master's degree (BAC +5) and have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 1-2 years in a similar role. Successful applicants will be adept in analyzing portfolios, identifying commercial opportunities, and implementing structured prospecting and retention plans. They will also be responsible for anticipating clients' needs and proposing suitable banking and non-banking solutions to meet production objectives. Additional responsibilities include managing international operations, ensuring compliance with financial security regulations, and mentoring junior staff.

To excel in this position, candidates should have a solid understanding of banking regulations and a robust economic background, along with excellent communication skills and a client-oriented approach.
