Upcoming Ordinary General Meetings at Casablanca Stock Exchange

The season for Ordinary General Meetings (AGMs) is in full swing at the Casablanca Stock Exchange, with several listed companies set to convene their shareholders this week. These meetings are crucial as they will address the approval of financial statements for the fiscal year 2025, discuss the allocation of profits, and validate dividend proposals.

Highlights of the Week

Kicking off on Monday, June 8, Agma will open its AGM at 10 a.m. During this meeting, shareholders are expected to vote on the approval of both the individual and consolidated accounts for the year 2025, as well as on the allocation of profits and the renewal of mandates for board members and auditors.

On Wednesday, June 10, Residences Dar Saada (RDS) will hold its AGM at 11 a.m. The real estate developer will present financial results that reveal a significant net loss of 97.8 million dirhams for the fiscal year 2025. Shareholders will have to decide on the absence of dividend distribution this year and consider various governance changes that are proposed.

This session will also see several dividend detachments from listed companies. Boissons du Maroc will detach a dividend of 127 dirhams per share, while CFG Bank will detach a dividend of 4 dirhams per share. Additionally, Colorado is set to detach its coupon of 3.5 dirhams per share.

Friday, June 12, will feature TGCC’s annual AGM at 3 p.m., where the construction group will propose the approval of its accounts showing a substantial net profit of 717.6 million dirhams and a consolidated net profit of 952 million dirhams. The board also plans to recommend the distribution of an ordinary dividend of 15 dirhams per share, which will be payable starting August 3, 2026. On the same day, Holcim Morocco will detach its dividend of 96 dirhams per share, with payment scheduled for June 24, 2026.
