Available Positions
Local & Import Purchaser – Casablanca – 1 position.
The role is connected to the Purchasing Department and involves managing local and international supply chains. Responsibilities include managing local and import supplies, participating in stock level optimization, controlling supply-related costs, and ensuring needs are met in coordination with relevant teams. Candidates should hold a Bac+5 or higher and possess 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in purchasing or logistics, with retail experience being an advantage. This position is offered as a CDI.
Senior HR Management Controller – Casablanca – 1 position.
This role entails overseeing and analyzing data related to social performance, producing and tracking necessary HR indicators, and utilizing data to support decision-making. Applicants are required to have a Bac+5 or higher, confirmed experience in HR management control, and proficiency in Power BI and Excel. A solid understanding of HR indicators and payroll-related issues is also necessary. This position is offered as a CDI.
Brand Manager – Casablanca – 1 position.
In this role, the individual will contribute to brand development and positioning, implement the defined marketing strategy, analyze market trends and consumer expectations, and manage various marketing campaigns. Candidates should hold a Bac+5 or higher and have around 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong sensitivity to client needs and brand-related challenges. This position is offered as a CDI.
Operations Assistant – Agadir – 1 position.
The Operations Assistant will be responsible for the administrative and operational follow-up of sales, managing and controlling collections, overseeing personnel administration, and assisting in order management. Candidates must have a Bac+2 in Management or equivalent and 1 to 3 years of professional experience, as well as a good command of Excel. This position is offered as a CDI.
Purchasing Manager – Casablanca – 2 positions.
The Purchasing Manager will participate in defining and implementing purchasing strategies, manage local and international sourcing activities, handle various product categories and portfolios, and identify suppliers and opportunities that meet the company's needs. Candidates should hold a Bac+5 or higher and possess at least 5 years of experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce, with a strong understanding of category management and commercial strategy issues.
