In this context, the Group is looking for **Store Managers** who will report directly to the **Store Director**. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of their designated areas, focusing on execution quality, product availability, and effective resource organization. Responsibilities include managing and guiding teams in daily activities, organizing work processes, supervising inventory accuracy, ensuring proper reception of supplier orders in accordance with established procedures, and maintaining the quality of received goods while monitoring stock compliance.
Additionally, store managers will oversee open orders and necessary consumables for store operations, contribute to achieving performance objectives aligned with the store's management, and ensure the smooth execution of field operations while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
These positions are tailored for candidates with confirmed experience in store management within the retail sector. Applicants should possess a **Master's degree** in commerce, management, or a related field, and have at least **six years of experience** as a **Store Manager** or **Assistant Store Manager** in the retail industry.
