Lille Airport Expands International Connections
Royal Air Maroc has announced the initiation of a new airline route connecting Lille, the capital of Flanders, with Casablanca. Starting July 3, travelers will have the opportunity to fly twice a week, specifically on Fridays and Mondays, providing them with a convenient link to this vibrant Moroccan city.
This new service allows passengers departing from Lille to enjoy direct access to the Casablanca hub, which serves as a gateway to numerous destinations across Africa, as well as North America, South America, and the Middle East. The introduction of these flights is part of Royal Air Maroc’s strategy to strengthen its presence in the Hauts-de-France region and to cater to the growing demand for mobility between this area and Morocco. The airline aims to serve both family travel needs and professional or tourist trips, enhancing the connectivity for residents and visitors alike.
As the national airline of Morocco and a member of the oneworld alliance, Royal Air Maroc operates an extensive international network that covers over 80 destinations worldwide. The commencement of these flights is set to not only bolster travel options for locals but also to promote cultural and economic ties between Lille and Casablanca.
