Significant Investment in Regional Logistics
La Voie Express Group (LVE), a subsidiary of H&S Group, has announced plans to invest 100 million dirhams in a new logistics platform located in Agadir. This strategic project is designed to enhance the group's operational capabilities in the Souss-Massa region and to meet the evolving needs of local industrial and distribution sectors. The agreement was signed on October 2, 2026, in Casablanca with the Moroccan Agency for Logistics Development (AMDL), marking a significant milestone in the regional development efforts of the group.
The forthcoming infrastructure will serve as LVE's second site in the region and will encompass a variety of functions and services aimed at assisting businesses in managing their logistics flows. Key offerings will include warehousing, order preparation, value-added services, transportation, and regional distribution, all tailored to facilitate the operations of companies in the area.
Boosting Employment and Regional Economic Growth
This ambitious project is expected to create approximately 100 direct and indirect jobs, targeting industrial players, distributors, and brands looking to enhance their storage capabilities, streamline order preparation, and improve product distribution within the region. The investment comes at a time when Souss-Massa is steadily establishing itself as a vital economic, industrial, and commercial hub. Agadir, in particular, plays a crucial role as a center for agro-industrial and export activities, with increasing demands for transportation, storage, and supply chain management.
The strategically chosen location for the new platform in Lqliâa will enable LVE to strengthen its territorial network and bring its services closer to businesses situated in Greater Agadir and various economic centers across Souss-Massa. For industrial and commercial operators, the development of new logistics infrastructures is a critical component of competitiveness. The availability of modern warehouses, order preparation capabilities, and integrated distribution solutions is essential for enhancing delivery times and the overall fluidity of logistics flows.
With this investment of 100 million dirhams, LVE is not only expanding its operational network but also contributing to the strengthening of regional logistics offerings. The project supports the structuring of supply chains and the growth of industrial, commercial, and export activities in the Souss-Massa region.
