The Marrakech Court of First Instance has recently delivered a verdict against the well-known content creator known as 'Kalamour', sentencing her to ten months of imprisonment along with a monetary fine of 500 dirhams. Additionally, the court has imposed a three-year ban on her use of social media platforms. This ruling was announced shortly after the initial session of her trial, during which she was remanded in custody and placed in the local Aoudaya prison. This legal action stems from a case related to content she shared across digital platforms.

The public prosecutor's office decided to pursue charges against her based on actions that were legally classified as a public violation of morality. This decision followed the dissemination and circulation of video clips and excerpts from a live broadcast that were deemed to contain content contrary to public decency. The national police at Casablanca's Mohammed V International Airport apprehended her while she was attempting to leave the country, in coordination with local security services in Marrakech, before subjecting her to judicial investigation and subsequently referring her to the prosecutor's office, which decided to continue her prosecution while she was in custody.

The ruling from the Marrakech Court of First Instance is part of the judicial process regarding the actions attributed to her, which resulted in the imposition of penalties including imprisonment, fines, and a legally mandated restriction on her use of social media for a period of three years.
