Fostering Social Engagement through Sports
Beyond the competitive aspect, the MBD Padel Cup Festival emphasizes the social significance of sports. In partnership with the association SOS Villages d’Enfants Maroc, the event will host a solidarity day on June 7, featuring sports workshops, animations, and a friendly match aimed at promoting social inclusion through sports practice. This initiative highlights the festival's commitment to leveraging the power of sports as a tool for social good.
This inaugural edition also marks the launch of an ambitious international circuit for the MBD Padel Cup Festival. Following its debut in Marrakech, the festival intends to make stops in Barcelona and Dubai, aspiring to become a global reference in the world of padel. As Marrakech steps into its role as the capital of padel, this festival represents a significant milestone in Morocco's sporting landscape, paving the way for future events and fostering a vibrant sports culture.
