Meknes Hosts Regional Forum on Educational and Career Guidance
On April 3, 2026, the city of Meknes inaugurated the Regional Forum for Educational and Career Guidance, organized by the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of National Education and Early Childhood Education in partnership with the Moroccan Association of Educational Guidance and Planning Professionals, Meknes branch. This event, held under the theme "Educational Guidance as a Supportive Lever for Students' Personal Projects," took place at the covered hall of Mnasra and spanned two days, April 3 and 4, 2026.
The opening ceremony was presided over by the Governor of Meknes, alongside the Director of the Regional Academy of Education and Training for the Fes-Meknes region, and Mohamed Khlil, the regional director of the ministry in Meknes. The event saw the attendance of various local officials, representatives from the media, and civil society organizations, along with a significant participation from students and their parents.
This forum served as an opportunity for the official delegation to tour the various booths set up by educational institutions, universities, and training centers. Attendees were able to view detailed presentations provided by representatives of these institutions, covering study paths, training programs, and the conditions and procedures for admission.
