The declarations submitted by Monday afternoon included candidates from a total of 27 different political parties. The Interior Ministry reported that the registration process is proceeding smoothly, ensuring that all local electoral districts, along with the newly established regional electoral constituencies across the country, are adequately represented.
The voting for the new parliament is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. This digital initiative aims to simplify the submission and processing of nominations nationwide. The registration process will continue over the coming days, after which the relevant authorities will carry out the necessary verification to confirm the final approval of the submitted lists.
