This platform will enable self-service borrowing and returns, user registration, and remote access to library resources. Additionally, the contract encompasses the deployment of intelligent robots to assist visitors by responding to inquiries and guiding them in locating the required documents. Furthermore, the initiative will incorporate radio-frequency identification (RFID) solutions for tracking and monitoring collections, inventory tools, and systems for managing document circulation. Naseej emphasizes that this comprehensive approach represents a 'significant milestone' for public libraries in Rabat, leveraging modern technologies to enhance knowledge accessibility and improve user experiences.

The execution period for this contract is set at twenty-six months, with Naseej anticipating a positive financial impact from 2026 to 2028.
