Enhancing the French Commerce Advisory Committee in Morocco
The Moroccan Committee of the French Counsellors of Foreign Trade (CCE) has recently expanded its membership by welcoming two new members, alongside the renewal of three existing mandates. This strategic move, which was formalized through a decree signed by French Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu on August 6, 2026, and published in the Official Journal on August 7, aims to bolster the committee's expertise and operational capacity in Morocco.
The two new members, who hail from major corporations operating in key sectors, are Laure Russier-Bècle, the Managing Director of Egis in Africa and CEO of the Société d’Exploitation et de Gestion Aéroportuaires (SEGAP), and Rik De Buyserie, the Regional Vice President of Transformation and Geographies and Country Manager for ENGIE North Africa. Their appointments are expected to significantly contribute to the committee's mission of fostering strong ties between French companies in Morocco and the local economic ecosystem.
Additionally, the committee has announced the renewal of three of its members: Claudia Gaudiau-Francisco, Secretary General of Tectra Recrutement Morocco; Jean-Michel Perret, Government Services Director for North & West Africa at Bureau Veritas; and Juliette Vivier, Managing Director for Middle East Africa at Digital Factory. Their continued involvement reflects a commitment to maintaining robust engagement within the CCE.
The CCE Morocco's objective is to leverage the diverse expertise of its members to support the growth of French businesses in Morocco, while simultaneously enhancing France's economic appeal and strengthening bilateral relations between the two nations.
