PJD's Ongoing Candidate Endorsement Process

The Justice and Development Party (PJD) continues its efforts to endorse candidates for the upcoming legislative elections. The party's endorsement committee has recently finalized its candidate list for a total of 19 new electoral districts, including nine regional and ten local constituencies. This decision reflects the party's strategic planning as it prepares for the electoral challenges ahead.

According to a statement from the PJD's General Secretariat, several notable candidates have been selected for the regional list. These include Hind Al-Baki representing the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region, Al-Haja Arqibi in the Laâyoune region, Fatima Zahra Kouis in the Guelmim region, Masouda Hamal Lail in the Dakhla region, Samira Otaib in the Fez region, and Hind Al-Ruisi in Marrakech. Furthermore, Dunya Al-Saqili has been nominated for the eastern regional district, alongside Fawziya Qarfad in Beni Mellal and Majdolin Al-Rouzi in the northern region.

In terms of local constituencies, the party has confirmed its candidate lineup, which includes Abdel Halim Al-Alaoui in Wazan, Mohamed Bakiri in Agadir-Ida Ou Tanane, Mohamed Labidia Ghazi in Beni Mellal, and Yassine Ait Jadida in Smara. Other local candidates include Abdel Majid Banshnouf in Northern Fez, Abdul Wahab Al-Tajmati in Figuig, Mohamed Drissi in Boulemane, Jalali Kzawi in Midelt, Amjid Al-Naka in Sidi Slimane, and Rashid Hashimi in Youssoufia. This comprehensive selection demonstrates PJD’s commitment to fielding strong candidates across various regions.
