Investigation Launched Following Allegation of Sexual Assault
On the evening of September 28, 2026, the judicial police department in Marrakech initiated an investigation under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor's office. This action was prompted by a complaint regarding a sexual assault allegedly involving a police officer of the rank of 'Moqaddem'. The inquiry was sparked after a woman reported that she had been sexually assaulted by an individual who claimed to be a police officer while she was with another person.
