Rabat Business School Expands International Reach with New Dual Degree Program
In a significant advancement of its internationalization strategy, Rabat Business School has officially announced the launch of a new dual degree program in "Accounting Expertise," developed in collaboration with the University Polytechnic Hauts-de-France (UPHF) through the IAE of Valenciennes. This academic partnership aims to enhance the appeal and excellence of the Master’s program in Accounting, Control, and Audit (CCA), providing students with a curriculum that meets the rigorous demands of the accounting, auditing, management control, and finance professions both in Morocco and globally.
One of the standout features of this innovative program is the dual academic recognition it grants to students, encompassing credentials from both Morocco and France. This initiative also paves the way for maximum equivalency with the Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et de Gestion (DSCG), a prestigious qualification in France for aspiring chartered accountants. By completing this dual degree, students will automatically validate five out of the seven teaching units of the DSCG, thereby preparing them for the remaining two units—UE1 and UE4—that are essential for obtaining the Diplôme d’Expertise Comptable (DEC). This pathway represents a significant advantage for students aiming to pursue a career in the accounting field, particularly in facilitating access to the professional internship required for the title of expert-comptable.
Meeting Market Demands with Comprehensive Skill Development
Beyond the academic aspects, the program has been meticulously designed to align with the evolving expectations of a market that increasingly demands technical, analytical, and strategic competencies. Graduates of this program will be well-equipped to thrive in a wide array of professional environments, including audit firms, accounting firms—particularly those affiliated with major international networks—corporate financial departments, management control, financial consulting, and corporate finance. Furthermore, the affiliation with a French university partner enriches the curriculum by exposing students to European professional practices, thereby enhancing their employability in Francophone and international job markets.
Simultaneously, Rabat Business School is advancing its Master CCA through its "360° Vision of Finance" track, aimed at students seeking to gain more comprehensive expertise across accounting, auditing, control, and finance, with career opportunities spanning various sectors. With this new offering, Rabat Business School reaffirms its commitment to providing high-value training that is closely linked to market developments and international standards. This approach is part of a broader strategy aimed at equipping graduates with the skills necessary to excel in increasingly globalized professional environments.
