Ryanair Expands Its Network with New Hahn-Rabat Flights
Beginning April 1, 2026, Ryanair, the leading low-cost airline, will introduce a new air route connecting Hahn Airport in Germany with Rabat, the capital of Morocco. This service will feature two flights each week, as announced by TRIWO Hahn Airport. This new route is part of Ryanair's broader summer flight program, which will officially commence on March 29, 2026, and includes the launch of three new destinations, with Rabat being one of them. In addition to Rabat, travelers can also fly to Timișoara in Romania and Tuzla in Bosnia-Herzegovina from Hahn.
Hahn Airport Sees Increased Demand
The introduction of the Hahn-Rabat route reflects the growing demand for travel between Germany and Morocco. In 2025, Hahn Airport served approximately 2.2 million passengers, marking an impressive 18% increase compared to the previous year. This international airport, located in Rhineland-Palatinate, operates round-the-clock and is a significant hub for both passenger and freight transport. The summer program will encompass a total of 38 destinations and provide up to 130 weekly flights, further enhancing connectivity for travelers. This expansion aligns with Ryanair's commitment to providing affordable travel options and increasing accessibility for international destinations.
